A Wonderful Holiday In Chalet La Salle

28th August, 2012

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Chalet La Salle as a family of 5. The chalet was extremely clean and immaculate when we arrived. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were excellent- lovely showers! The chalet provided us with all the things we needed and our hosts- Gerald and Val were on hand with any questions or advice we needed about the local area. The area is stunning- Essert-Romand is a great location, near to Morzine but quieter and less busy. We did loads of cycling and swimming (Lake Montriond is beautiful to swim in) and the pool complex at Morzine was fantastic. We will certainly be coming back!

A Fantastic Holiday In A Relaxing Chalet

27th August, 2012

Accommodation is excellent – very new, comfortable, nicely decorated with original beams etc & v clean. English Tv was useful for watching the Olympics! The owners live below and are helpful whilst being discreet. Its quiet, away from any busy roads & felt v safe.

The Chalet is in a village just outside Morzine so well located. We got the Multi Pass through the owners & is excellent value for getting on ski lifts & for accessing the very good swimming pools in Morzine & Avoriaz. Plenty of other activities in the area particularly the lake nearby for swimming & boating. We did lots of very lovely walks & used the Multi pass to get discounts on some of these ( ice skating & Luge run). All in all we had a fantastic holiday in a relaxing Chalet in such a beautiful mountain area & we never managed to do everything we want to do .. so will no doubt return a some stage.

I would definitely recommend Chalet La Salle to others … whatever time of the year you visit.

We Stayed At Chalet La Salle For 4 Nights

6th June, 2012

We stayed at Chalet La Salle for 4 nights in May 2012. The accomodation is of a very high standard: everything is brand new and in great condition. The chalet boasts all modcons including Sky tv and a Wii. The building itself has been tastefully rennovated and the large beams and patio windows give it real character and fantastic views. The large open plan kitchen/dining area lends itself well to socialising in the evenings.

The village itself is only a 10 minute drive outside Morzine and proved easy to find. It provides for a quiet relaxed setting without being too isolated: there’s still a nice restauraunt/bar and a pizzeria in the village.

We found the owners to be very friendly and helpful from the moment we inquired about availability.

I would have no hesitation recommending Chalet La Salle to groups or families seeking to stay in the Morzine area. The place lives up to the pictures and description on Chaletsdirect. It surpassed our expectations and I would definately return if staying in the area again.
